We cook the old-fashioned, traditional way. We place our quality meats in an enclosed pit to cook at low temperatures. Our pork shoulder is cooked for up to 12 hours and ribs for up to 5 hours. You’ll experience fall off the bone tenderness with that distinctive “Southern Smoke” flavor. Using our special blend of SPICES, SAUCE, FIRE, and SMOKE we take food to TENDER PERFECTION.
