Southern pit barbecue is an art form. It requires patience and time to master, but the results are well worth it.

The meat is seasoned and cooked in an enclosed pit at low temperatures using indirect heat that's produced by a slow burning hardwood fire. The meat is both smoked and cooked at the same time.

One way to recognize genuine Southern pit barbecue is by the “smoke ring”. This is the pink ring that appears on the outside edges of the meat. When you see that “smoke ring” you know you're eating authentic Southern pit barbecue.

Southern Smoke BBQ Ribs
Our large racks are tender, juicy and smoked to perfection! We cook with the best pork ribs available. We season them with our special blend of spices then slow cook them in the pit and slather them with our special SIGNATURE BBQ SAUCE. They're delicious, fall off the bone TENDER!!

Pork Shoulder (Butt)
Our hand rubbed shoulder is coated with our special blend of spices then slow cooked in the pit to pull apart tenderness. Heap it on a large fresh bun, add our topping and sauce. WOW, now that’s a Southern sandwich!

Pit Barbecued Chicken
We start with large, plump chickens then add our special blend of spices and SIGNATURE BBQ SAUCE. Smoking and slow cooking lock in the natural juices so the meat stays moist and tender. We doubt you have tasted chicken like this before.

Pit Smoked Sausages
Plump pork sausages specifically seasoned and lightly smoked to give that authentic Southern Flavor.

Beef Brisket
We use only prime "Grade A" beef seasoned with our special blend of spices that spends up to twenty-four hours in the pit. Crispy on the outside, tender and delicious on the inside. Pit barbecue at its best!

Homemade Baked Beans
Our CLASSIC dish. Cooked low and slow with lots of rich, homestyle ingredients. A barbecue essential!
